Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome any day we're open if you're willing to wait for the next available stylist. For color and longer services we recommend booking ahead.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking directly in front of the salon at Waikele Center — no meters, no validation.
What are your hours?
We're open seven days a week, 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Sunday.
Does a haircut include a wash and blowout?
Yes — hair services include Signature wash, blowout and preferred finished styling unless stated otherwise.
Do you require a deposit?
Only for services scheduled to run longer than three hours. Everything shorter is settled after your appointment.
Who cuts men's hair? Who does fades?
Michael, Hermione and Alyssa take men's cuts. Alyssa is the only stylist who does fades — book her if that's the cut you want.
Does anyone work with curly hair?
Yes. Several of our stylists specialize in cutting and styling curly and textured hair — ask for a curl specialist when you book.
How long will my service take?
It depends: a haircut runs about an hour; color and lightening can run several. Your stylist confirms the time and the price at your consultation, before any service begins.
